Accreon is currently looking to add the talents of a results-oriented Recruiting Specialist to our team. The successful candidate will assume the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct full life cycle recruiting including position posting, sourcing, screening and recommending placement of successful candidates
  • Proactively identify and build relationships to ensure an on-going talent pipeline for all roles including hard to fill and strategic roles
  • Source and attract candidates through traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods such as head hunting, social media and external networks to generate talent pipeline
  • Work with HR Manager to determine current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct reference checks as well as other background checks when needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches and hiring manager feedback
  • Ensure that recruiting and employment practices are compliant with applicable federal, and
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting, interviewing and hiring process.

Essential Skills and Qualifications


  • Post-secondary education with a focus in Human Resources would be considered an asset
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Recruitment
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices
  • Able to multi-task and maintain focus in a fast paced environment
