Accreon is currently looking to add the talents of Quality Assurance Analysts to our team. This competition will be used to fill future vacancies. The successful candidate will assume the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Define and document the test strategy, test plan and evaluation reports;
  • Use the requirements and the design specifications to develop, document test scenarios and conditions, and expected results;
  • Develop test scripts to validate functional and technical requirements;
  • Describe the data that needs to be set up to create and test scenarios;
  • Execute test plans and test cases, identify and document defects, and explain defects as required;
  • Track and document testing progress and test results;
  • Prioritize and track defects through to resolution.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Computer Science degree (or equivalent related qualifications such as Community College) with working experience;
  • Experience writing and maintaining detailed test cases, executing test cases and managing defects;
  • 3+ years’ experience in software testing;
  • Knowledge of QA tools such as HP Quality Center, Jira, Selenium etc.;
  • Excellent observation skills and attention to detail;
  • Travel is required (please specify your availability) ;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Additional Assets:

  • Understanding of agile development lifecycle.
